Practical support to turn strategy to action
Kirkintilloch-based Linsey Bellamy and Ross McLean provide a wide range of quality building, glazing and interior design services to home owners in East Dunbartonshire and beyond through their two businesses, Top Glass and Interior Space.
In 2018, I worked with Ross and Linsey to develop the brands for both businesses, starting with the creation of detailed target customer profiles and using these as the basis from which to create brand and messaging strategies. These were used to brief Ross and Linsey’s web developer and graphic designer, who went on to create outstanding new visual identities and websites for Top Glass and Interior Space.
With both websites nearing completion, Ross and Linsey were ready to begin proactively marketing their businesses to their target customer groups. I was delighted to work with them again and help them translate their digital communications strategies into action. Reviewing both draft websites in relation to their target user profiles, I provided detailed action points to ensure that each site was perfectly prepared for launch; produced detailed photography briefs for both businesses; and provided step-by-step guidance for the set-up and use of the social media channels best suited to Ross and Linsey’s needs and objectives.
