Villa Mastr is a Software as a Service brand, created to provide a realistic and cost effective alternative to Airbnb for resort-based holiday rentals. The Villa Mastr concept is based around connecting property owners with holiday makers who share their interest in a specific destination – a resort village, or even an island, a region or a town.

Founder Ewan Miller identified the need to fine-tune his messaging and market positioning in order to connect with the right client groups and pave the way for the next phase of business growth.

To support him in this, we began by researching the competitive and customer environments in which Villa Mastr is operating. On the basis of this research, we were able to provide Ewan with a range of customer-centric messaging and positioning and recommendations that will provide the basis for an updated website and visual brand, designed with the needs of his target users in mind.
